"The room could have been cleaner. When I first arrived they did not have hand towels and the housekeeping staff was a little short about that. I'd rather not have to listen to people blaming others for something not being done in front of clients. I work in customer service and thought it was somewhat laxed."

"I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was that we were disturbed 3 times in the morning by maid service. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room to put out. We arrived very late at night- past midnight and wanted to get some much needed rest (we were traveling with my 2 yr. old son)After I told them at 9am when they knocked first, that we were still here and would not be leaving for a while, they knocked (loudly) two times more- (at 10:30 and 11:30- checkout isn't till noon) When we left and they realized that we had a toddler with us, they did apologize and I told them we didn't have a sign to put out. My thought is why wouldn't they check with the front desk to see who is still not checked out, instead of banging on doors, especially after the first time. It is not a big hotel, I'm sure it would have been easy to find out. I just thought that maybe this is something you may want to consider, I am sure there are other travelers that feel the same. Not everyone leaves at the crack of dawn from there hotel. I understand that the maid service has a job to do, but I don't think not getting to that one room by noon was going to throw their whole process off. Thank you for giving me the chance to comment on my stay. Overall, it was a very nice hotel."
